My loose translation of this title is: One Recruit's Experiences or How
the Volunteer Geo. W. Peck Stopped the Revolt (Rebellion)
On the title page it notes American Humor of Geo. W. Peck, Governor of
Wisconsin.
This leather bound book is 8.5. x 6. I do not know the exact date of
publication but it appears that there is a 1900 copyright date
indicating a publication date no earlier than that. There are no
illustrations.
