It highlights vignettes by many of the late 19th century's best known humorists, lecturers, and writers. Mark Twain, Bill Nye, Sam Jones as well as the writings of many others are included in this large volume.

This book is copyrighted by The Saalfield Company in 1906. It is unclear why Saalfield changed the name of this volume.
